Accessibility & Inclusion Statement

Our
Commitment
& Website Accessibility
We aim to make our website and expression of interest experience accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and relevant Australian accessibility requirements. As part of our efforts we use the Sienna Accessibility Widget to provide additional tools that support usability for users.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve our website to reduce barriers wherever reasonably possible.

We recognise that accessibility goes beyond website access alone. It includes how information is shared, how programs are structured, and how individual needs are considered in the context of safety, wellbeing, and the delivery of high‑quality coaching. Wherever possible, we aim to reduce barriers and make reasonable adjustments that support inclusive participation while maintaining safe and effective coaching environments.

As a small and growing business currently operating with one coach, our capacity to support accessibility and individual needs is evolving. While there are practical limits to what we can offer at this stage, we are committed to expanding our ability to support accessibility and inclusion as GYMFUSION grows.

Our approach to accessibility and inclusion is guided by principles of respect, individual consideration, open communication, safety, and quality coaching. We recognise that individual needs vary and that meaningful inclusion often requires conversation and collaboration to ensure participation is both supportive and appropriate.

Coaching

For individuals interested in our programs, the Expression of Interest (EOI) process is an important first step in supporting accessibility and inclusion.

As part of this process, individuals complete the Ready for Movement: Pre‑Exercise Screening and Ready for Movement: Your Movement, Comfort and Support Needs forms, which encourage the sharing of relevant information that may impact safe participation.

This process helps us understand individual needs and start an open, collaborative conversation from the outset. EOI responses are reviewed by the Studio Manager and Head Coach, and where appropriate, we may follow up to discuss specific considerations, safety factors, and the level of support required for safe and effective participation.

Questions

&  Enquiries

While our Expression of Interest (EOI) process is designed to gather information about individual needs that may impact training, we recognise that some individuals may prefer to make a general enquiry about participation options or discuss their individual needs before submitting an EOI.

This may include requests for reasonable adjustments related to disability or modifications for specific health needs.

To support this, we encourage individuals to complete our Accessibility, Health & Support Form online form. This ensures we obtain appropriate consent to assess requests consistently and respond appropriately.

Please Note:

Our Accessibility, Health & Support Form is separate from our EOI process. It is designed to support general enquiries and discussion of individual circumstances, and to obtain consent to provide appropriate guidance and support.

It is not used to assess eligibility for participation.

Your
Matters

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website, as well as any general technical issues you may encounter. This includes accessibility concerns—such as text not resizing correctly within widgets—and general  technical faults (e.g. a broken button).

If you have suggestions for improvement, or experience any barriers while using our website, online portal, or forms, please let us know via. our Digital Systems Feedback online form or by emailing us at support@gymfusion.com.au.

Our Digital Systems Feedback form is intended for reporting both accessibility and general technical issues. Your feedback helps us improve the usability and accessibility of our digital services for all individuals.

While we may not always achieve perfect accessibility, we are committed to continuously reviewing feedback and making ongoing improvements.
